He had a great selection that fit into our style and price range. Our house is well placed on its lot, and fits in well with the surrounding homes. The floor plan was perfect with what we were looking for. Our kitchen is spacious and open, and the living room matches it as well. It has a tall ceiling that opens to the second floor and windows that view the back yard. The bedrooms are wonderful also, the master being on the first floor and the other two on the second floor. Charles did a great job working with us, especially over such long distance, and little time to drive around and look for homes. All the ones we viewed were what we were looking for, Charles wasted none of our time at homes we were not interested in. Even when I left for training, Charles was there to help out Christin on the closing of our home. Thanks to Charles and H&H we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

Charles Fennell was assigned to us through a home loan agency and from our first contact with him he worked diligently to find us a home.
