Coldwell Banker was recently honored with the coveted “Highest Overall Satisfaction for Home Sellers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms” by J.D. Power & Associates in their 2009 Home Buyer/Seller Study.
In my previous video message to you announcing this achievement, I highlighted that the J.D. Power recognition was the culmination of all the hard work brokers, managers, staff and sales professionals associated with our great brand have put in over the past year. Remember, this recognition comes as you work tirelessly in helping your sellers in the midst of the most challenging housing market since the Great Depression. What an honor!
I know you have been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to promote the J.D. Power & Associates award in your advertising and marketing efforts. I am happy to let you know that we now have the rights to do so.
Nationally, we intend to promote this prestigious award and recognition to its fullest potential, in both trade and consumer advertising. Here is what to expect over the next few months:
• A trade ad will run in the November & December issues of Real Estate magazine
• In September & October, a display banner will appear on msn.com
• A PR campaign will launch in conjunction with advertising efforts to promote this honor within the media on a national level
In addition, we strongly encourage you to promote this win in any upcoming local advertising and marketing initiatives. This J.D. Powers and Associates third party endorsement demonstrates to your local consumers as to why Coldwell Banker professionals are head and shoulders above the competition.
I remind you that it is critically important that ALL local materials must be approved by J.D. Power and Associates prior to their public distribution. I have asked Dana Haase, our director of consumer marketing, to be responsible for trafficking all materials you intend to produce to J.D. Power and Associates for approval.
